• Excellent communication and organizational skills with staff and families

• Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment to families and students within our school building

• Strong interest in developing best practices in teams and professional learning including building strong discussion routines in the classroom and the use of authentic assessment tools to drive lesson planning/preparation

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with a diverse group of stakeholders

• Certified to teach in NYS
